4. Blockchain Transactions

You understand and acknowledge that:

• Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed
• We have no control over the Base blockchain or any other blockchain networks
• You are responsible for securing your private keys and wallet access
• Gas fees are required for blockchain operations and are not refundable
• Network congestion may affect transaction times and costs

5. Token Creation and Ownership

When you create a token using our platform:

• You retain ownership of any tokens you create
• You are responsible for complying with securities laws and regulations
• You may not create tokens that infringe on others' intellectual property
• We do not endorse or take responsibility for user-created tokens
• You agree to use tokens responsibly and ethically

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical failures or blockchain network issues

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. GoMeme does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using our platform, including but not limited to token performance, financial returns, or acceptance on exchanges.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users at least 14 days before they become effective. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
